With more than 90% of the economic fabric made up of SMEs/SMIs in the tertiary sector, the training program meets the expectations of these organizations. This bachelor's degree is part of the reform of sports professions initiated by the Ministry of Sports and relayed locally by one-stop sports centers or networks such as the "Groupement national sport et loisirs" (National Sports and Leisure Group), a partner in the training program.
Objectives
Train future managers and project managers in the sports and leisure sector, capable of joining a project team and assisting the manager of a club, association, or equipment manufacturer.

- Communicate with the media and/or various partners,
- Plan the organization of sports and leisure activities according to specific audiences, environments, and objectives.

Organization
Knowledge assessment
Knowledge is assessed on an ongoing basis.
A written report and final defense take place in September before a panel of teachers and professionals.
Program
The degree program is available as a work-study program and as continuing education. The training schedule is the same for everyone.
The program lasts 16 weeks and is taught jointly by university professors and industry professionals. Refresher modules are organized at the beginning of the academic year and cover finance, accounting, and law.
A tutored project exchange is scheduled at the beginning of the training program, with a presentation of assignments by the sports and leisure organizations. The tutored project itself is the subject of a defense with the submission of a written report in April.

Assessment: The program includes continuous assessment, the writing of a thesis, and a defense before a jury composed of teachers and professionals involved in the program.
Admission
Target audience
This training program is intended for students with two years of postsecondary education:
- tertiary DUT
- Second year of a bachelor's degree in sports science, economics, law,
- Vocational training certificate in tertiary education, management information systems, SME/SMI management assistant, MUC, accounting and organizational management,
- Validation of Prior Learning from the above-mentioned fields of study

Professional integration
The degree prepares students for careers in:
