Overview
Faced with the exponential increase in hearing disorders (linked to the aging population and the “100% Santé” program), hearing aid centers are experiencing a shortage of clinical time. Hearing aid networks (both independent and large chains) are expressing a critical need for qualified professionals to form an effective partnership with certified hearing aid specialists.
The training program directly addresses this need by preparing assistants to handle administrative tasks (electronic data transmission, third-party payment, standardized quotes), provide first-level technical support, configure connectivity (smartphones, TV accessories), and perform specific procedures (PICB fingerprinting, administering questionnaires).
