Presentation
The Digital Marketing, E-business, and Entrepreneurship program aims to train students in digital business activities by developing skills in the management and administration of these activities on the one hand, and in the development of digital business projects that could lead to the creation of a start-up on the other.
In BUT 2, this course is completed in a traditional format with an 8-week internship. In BUT 3, this course is completed either:
- in apprenticeship with a 1 week on/1 week off schedule,
- in a traditional program, with a semester abroad at one of our partner universities or schools and a 14-week internship.
Objectives
In addition to the skills common to all BUT TC courses (marketing, sales, commercial communication), the MDEE course allows students to develop skills in the field of digital marketing on the one hand, and in the field of e-business and entrepreneurship on the other.
Know-how and skills
Digital marketing: managing a digital business by:
- selecting the relevant tools for collecting, processing, and analyzing mass data;
- developing an effective digital marketing strategy;
- effectively managing a digital offering;
- optimizing digital customer relations;
- ensuring efficient e-commerce logistics
E-business and Entrepreneurship: developing an e-business project in:
- developing the business model document describing value creation and sharing;
- developing a shared strategic vision;
- analyzing financial documents and indicators in a relevant manner;
- analyzing specific environments from a quantitative and qualitative perspective to ensure the success of a digital project;
- using appropriate techniques to move from creativity to innovation; actively participating in a collective project

Work-study programs are available in the third year of the B.U.T. program, with one week spent at the university and one week spent at a company.
Internships, supervised projects
Students complete an 8-week internship in the second year of the B.U.T. program. If the third year is completed as part of a traditional program, students complete a 14-week internship during that year.

Professional integration
Graduates will pursue careers in digital marketing and e-business within all types of organizations, as well as entrepreneurship (start-up creation, development).
