Presentation
The aim of the Business Development and Customer Relationship Management program is to provide training in business development, while ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. Graduates will contribute to business development and customer relationship management in all types of organization and in B to B or B to C sales situations.
In BUT 2 and BUT 3, this course is run entirely on an apprenticeship basis, alternating 2 days / 3 days (or 3 days / 2 days). Depending on the year of training, students are present at the IUT at the beginning or end of the week. Note that for this course, the BUT 1 can also be taken as a sandwich course.
Objectives
In addition to the skills common to all BUT TC courses(marketing, sales, commercial communication), the MDEE course enables students to develop skills in the fields of business development and customer relations.
Know-how and skills
Business Development: participate in the organization's marketing and sales strategy by :
- identifying the most promising development opportunities;
- effectively managing sales teams ;
- developing an offer adapted to the customer's sector.
Customer relations: managing customer relations by :
- developing a shared customer service culture;
- managing customer satisfaction and experience throughout the customer journey, with a view to sustainability;
- enhancing the value of the customer portfolio by exploiting customer data in compliance with regulations.
