Presentation

The GEMA program consists of five skills. Three common skills are:

  • analysis of the company and its environment (management, law, economics, HRM, marketing)
  • decision support (accounting, finance, management mathematics, etc.)
  • manage relationships (digital tools, communication, 2 foreign languages, project methodology, and market research)

And two specific skills that are more specifically geared towards entrepreneurship and 'value creation' by delving deeper into certain management subjects (marketing, CSR HRM, entrepreneurship law).

The projects focus on business creation, events with microbusinesses and SMEs, hackathon-style competitions with a business incubator, and the creation of CSR events.

Objectives

The goal is to train autonomous, agile employees and middle managers who are capable of working in project mode. These future versatile managers will draw on a solid foundation of general knowledge and technical skills that are either common to all or specific to their field of study, including accounting, finance, taxation, law, management, marketing, human resources, economics, entrepreneurship, and communication. This will enable them to acquire the skills needed to contribute to the management of organizations at different stages of their development.

It is also about training professionals who are ready to embrace the new challenges facing organizations, particularly those related to sustainable development, social responsibility, ethics, and technological change.
