The purpose of this micro-certification is to train students and professionals to draft a brief challenging the constitutionality of a legislative provision (Priority Constitutionality Question) in any litigation initiated by a petitioner.
Objectives
Filing a Priority Constitutionality Question (QPC) with a court is subject to specific formal requirements and complex admissibility criteria. This training course will help participants understand the key issues, steps, procedures, and deadlines involved. In addition to the general framework outlined above, the course will delve deeper into procedural aspects by examining QPCs in environmental law and economic law.
