The purpose of this micro-certification is to train students and professionals in writing a brief challenging the constitutionality of a legislative provision (Priority Question of Constitutionality) in any litigation initiated by a petitioner.
Objectives
Filing a Priority Preliminary Ruling on Constitutionality (QPC) with a court is subject to formal requirements and complex conditions of admissibility. This training course will help you understand the issues, steps, procedures, and deadlines involved. In addition to the general framework presented, the training course will delve deeper into the procedural aspects by studying QPCs in environmental law and economic law.
