The purpose of this micro-certification is to train students and professionals in writing a brief challenging the constitutionality of a legislative provision (Priority Preliminary Ruling on Constitutionality) in any litigation initiated by a petitioner.
Objectives
Filing a Priority Preliminary Ruling on Constitutionality (QPC) with a court involves complex formal requirements and conditions of admissibility. This training course will help you understand the issues, steps, procedures, and deadlines involved. In addition to the general framework presented, the training course will explore the procedural aspects in depth by studying QPCs in environmental law and economic law.
