Presentation
This micro-certification aims to implement and improve programs on numerically controlled machines in order to train senior technicians in the operation of the digital chain during the advanced manufacturing phase.

- Propose one or more areas for improvement in the machining of the part.
Program
This micro-certification consists of 35 hours of classroom training spread over 5 days.
PROGRAM
Day 1: CNC machining
- Morning (3 hours): Course: Fundamentals of a numerically controlled machine
- Afternoon (4 hours): Practical work Programming and implementation on CNC lathe/milling machine
Day 2: CNC turning and milling on a 3-axis CNC machine
- Morning (3:30 a.m.): Programming and practical application classes/workshops on CNC lathes/milling machines
- Afternoon (3.5 hours): Programming class/practical work on CNC milling machine/lathe
Day 3: Computer-Aided Manufacturing
- Morning (3:30 a.m.): Computer-Aided Manufacturing Practical
- Afternoon (3:30 p.m.): Computer-Aided Manufacturing Concepts
Day 4: CNC milling and CAM
- Morning (3:30 a.m.): Practical work Programming and implementation on CNC lathe/milling machine
- Afternoon (3:30 p.m.): Practical work: Case studies
Day 5: Computer-Aided Manufacturing/Evaluation
- Morning (4 hours): Practical work: Case studies
- Afternoon (3 hours): Case study report and evaluation
