MICRO CERTIFICATION | Techniques for sowing and cultivating macroalgae

  • Duration

    4 days

  • Training structure

    Continuing Education Department

Presentation

Macroalgae constitute a major marine biomass, central to the challenges of developing French aquaculture. This three-day training course combines theory and practice focusing on three species emblematic of our coasts—kelp(wakame), seaweed, and porphyra(nori) —and will teach the knowledge and skills essential for their cultivation, both at sea and on land.

Micro-certifications are short, themed training modules accessible to all, designed to offer direct and practical access to our scientific and technical expertise. They combine immersive theoretical courses with our learners and individualized practical work carried out on our aquaculture facilities.
These micro-certifications enable key skills on a specific subject to be developed in just a few hours, allowing everyone to quickly gain autonomy in putting them into practice.
