This comprehensive and structured training course will teach you how to master generative AI and transform your organization.
The objective: To enable executives and managers to gain a practical understanding of what generative AI can do, to use it effectively in their daily work, and to identify and prioritize opportunities for integrating AI into their organization (departments, processes, business lines), while addressing governance, data, and adoption challenges.

Know-how and skills
By the end of the training, participants will have a clear, structured, and realistic understanding of how AI can be applied within their organization, will be proficient in using the main AI tools effectively in their daily work, and will have the necessary foundation to determine the next steps.
Program
23 hours of in-person training spread over 1 full day (7 hours) and 4 half-days (4 hours each), with one half-day per week.
The training alternates between in-person sessions and practical exercises between sessions, allowing for the gradual and lasting acquisition of skills.
PROGRAM
DAY 1: BASICS, ESSENTIAL USES, AND PROJECTION (7 HOURS)
- Understanding what generative AI really is, its capabilities, and its limitations
- Learning to Communicate Effectively with AI (Prompt Engineering)
- Demonstrate, in concrete terms, all the things that can be done in the day-to-day work of a leader or manager
- Identify a wide range of opportunities for using AI based on real-world scenarios
Hands-on workshop: Each participant will identify:
- the tasks he performs in his daily work,
- its objectives and key performance indicators (where applicable),
- irritants, time-wasters, or points of friction
This workshop highlights numerous opportunities for using AI in day-to-day work.

MORNING SESSION 1: ADVANCED USES OF AI IN EVERYDAY LIFE (4 HOURS)
- Explore the everyday use of AI for analyzing, organizing, and improving the quality of content
- Gain a strategic understanding of advanced AI capabilities and understand the distinction between individual applications, automation, and structured solutions
- Align AI applications with the company's specific and strategic needs
This half-day session is designed to reinforce and expand upon the practices introduced on the first day, based on participants’ concrete feedback

- Understanding how to determine the expected ROI for each opportunity
Hands-on workshop: Developing a list of prioritized opportunities and initial implementation strategies.
