Objectives
- Be able to determine the conformation and configuration of sugars
- Determining an orthogonal protection-deprotection sequence for monosaccharides
- Be able to predict the stereochemical outcome of a glycosylation reaction
- Knowing how to choose the right activator for different glycosyl donors
