Presentation
The DJCE master's degree is a pre-professional program in business law.
This university diploma (DU) is a three-year program, running parallel to the courses taught in the third year of a bachelor's degree (first year of a master's degree), first year of a master's degree (second year of a master's degree), and second year of a master's degree in corporate law (third year of a master's degree).
The program aims to ensure that its graduates have excellent theoretical and practical skills. Students' high level of knowledge is tested through numerous practical cases and pleadings, largely provided by lawyers with extensive experience.
Objectives
- Theoretical and practical mastery of various areas of business law (contract law, corporate law, labor law, competition and distribution law, tax law, collective proceedings, intellectual property law, etc.) and their interactions.
- Mastery of the business environment in its entirety and across all departments
- Know how to identify and qualify the client's objectives and constraints, as well as any legal issues, in order to design and develop a legal framework that will enable the previously identified objective to be achieved.
- Proficiency in written and oral expression (drafting contracts and deeds, pleadings, etc.)
- Easier entry into the workforce thanks to obtaining a diploma recognized in the field

- 2nd year: M1+ Magistère 2 (English, Pre-bar exam preparation, Private competition law, Private law of economic activities, Enforcement procedures, European contract law, Tax practice, Corporate agreements, Financial analysis, Private international law, Social practice, Advanced accounting)
- 3rd year: DJCE (Tax, Commercial Law, English, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Contract Law, Competition Law, Financing, Collective Proceedings, Labor Law, Tax Law, VAT)

Admission requirements
- National selection at the end of the second year of undergraduate studies (admission to the first or second year of graduate studies is only possible if places are available)
- Selection based on application and interview
