This bachelor's degree provides training for careers in the development and implementation of educational projects (for the general public, throughout life) on environmental issues and
sustainable development. It can be taken as an initial training course or on a sandwich course.

Know-how and skills
Educational responsibility and intervention in EEDD training:
Trained in the educational sciences and pedagogy, in the field of the environment, graduates will also acquire in-depth knowledge of the players and issues specific to sustainable development, as well as the skills needed to manage teams and lead projects.
Network coordination:
Facilitate the circulation of information, set up participative practices, initiate projects and federate players and partners, organize events.
Consulting and mediation:
Identify local issues and stakeholder logics, and implement consultation and negotiation processes.
Help local authorities and educational establishments move towards sustainable development.

Open on a sandwich basis
The particularities of alternating work-study programs :
- 18 weeks of classes, 34 weeks on the job
- 5 to 6 periods of 1 to 4 weeks at the Florac Institute
Program
Training is organized over an academic year, starting in September, in Florac, Lozère. It comprises:
- two weeks of immersion at the Florac institute and one week of observation in a company or association (at the employer's premises for alternating students);
- 400 hours of lectures and tutorials. Part of the curriculum is based on active teaching and project work;
- tutored project: 130 hours;
- work experience: 14 weeks from April to June / in a company as part of a sandwich course or continuing education;
- assessment: continuous assessment or final assessment at the end of each module. Oral defense of the report compulsory;
- a "Professional and personal project" module prepares students for their professional integration.

EU 0: Upgrading and setting up projects: collective immersion in a territory and a professional culture (91h)
- Discovering the training territory
- Observing and analyzing the job of EEDD project coordinator in a professional structure
- Collective expertise/consultancy mission in a professional structure
UE 1 : Situating projects in territories and major societal issues (100 h - ECTS credits: 6)
- Examine and appropriate the societal issues of EEDD
- Build a scientific culture in EEDD
- Situate projects in changing territories
- Receive support and share personal and professional projects
UE 2 : Educational, didactic and training trends in EEDD (80 h - ECTS credits: 5)
- Adopt a scientific stance on educational issues in EEDD
- Know how to argue pedagogical and educational choices
- Adopt the stance and skills necessary for training intervention
UE 3 : Coordination and support positions (70 h - ECTS credits: 4)
- Distinguish between and appropriate the tools and positions of advisor, support person and mediator
- Learn about tools that promote reflexivity and change in support and training
- Know how to analyze the real activity of the EEDD project coordinator.
UE 4 : Modern languages and communication (50 h - ECTS credits : 4)
- Use a foreign language to build self-confidence and self-esteem
- Use professional EEDD language in a foreign language

UE 5 : Leading and coordinating workgroups (70 h - ECTS credits : 5 )
- Coordinate a team of leaders or a group of professionals
- Design debate and meeting sequences adapted to the objectives and participants involved.
UE 6 : Writing and designing an EEDD project on a territory (90 h - ECTS credits : 6 )
- Be able to design, write and plan the follow-up of a project
- Identify the different status and functioning of EEDD partner structures
- Know how to interact with a communication service provider
UE 7 : Tutored project (140 h - ECTS credits : 10)
Apprentices/trainees will be working with their employers during this UE. They will write a dissertation or activity report to assess UE 7 and 8 at the same time (adapted assessment grid).
UE 8 : Work experience and report/dissertation (490h - ECTS credits: 20)
- The report is based on work experience and its analysis.
- in "conventional" training: on the basis of work experience (minimum 14 weeks),
- in sandwich courses: on the basis of assignments identified in consultation with the employer and the training supervisor. The activity report will be used to assess UE 7 and 8 at the same time (adapted assessment grid).

Admission requirements
Holders of a Bac+2 diploma (DUT, BTSA, DEUST, L2) in the fields of environment, geography, biology, educational sciences, social intervention.
Continuing education: jobseekers, employees in the production, consulting and environmental sectors, as part of their company's training plan (CPF) or individual training leave (CIF).
Work-study: as part of an apprenticeship contract (under 26) or a one-year professionalization contract.
Selection is based on an application and interview.
