Objectives
With the DISTRISUP Professional Management and Department Management L3 program, students will be able to:
- Acquire fundamental skills in business, administration, and management
- Understanding and mastering the various aspects of managing a department from an organizational, financial, and legal perspective
- Manage sales promotion activities in the department, master merchandising techniques, develop the customer portfolio
- Design, implement, and manage the human organization of the sales unit and position yourself as a manager (train, inform, energize, motivate, etc.).
- Offer direct professional integration upon completion of training
