Presentation
The training aims to introduce participants to occupational risk prevention measures in the workplace, ranging from the employer’s legal obligations to the various tools for managing risks.
For organizations already implementing such an initiative, it provides a way to train new employees and helps new stakeholders develop their skills in risk prevention.

- Raise trainees' awareness of occupational risk prevention and occupational safety and health management
- Understand the challenges and impacts of an occupational risk prevention program within an organization.
- Understand the applicable regulatory requirements regarding occupational safety and health.
- Identify the tools and stakeholders involved in occupational risk prevention.

This short training course consists of 21 hours of instruction spread over 3 days of in-person training.

- Regulatory Requirements - 2 hours
- Basics of Occupational Risk - 2 hours
- The Occupational Risk Assessment Process - 4 hours
- Key Players in Risk Prevention - 1 hour
- Action Strategies and Preventive Measures - 3 hours

Target audience
Managers of microbusinesses and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), HR managers, and any employee who wishes to get involved in risk prevention within their organization.
All industries; no prerequisites.
