The OLEOLOGY university diploma is offered by the University of Montpellier in collaboration withthe France Olive Association.
The French olive oil industry is currently experiencing rapid growth, leading to developments on several levels:
- the nature of the farms,
- the quantities produced,
- the importance of the number of processing units.
Objectives
- Responding to the need for professionalization in the olive sector in France.
- This training will enable you to meet regulatory requirements at several levels:
- qualitative,
- commercial,
- purification,
- health and safety, etc.
- The qualification requirement allows for the recognition of professional status.
