LEGAL DESIGN

Faculty of Law and Political Science

Presentation

First University Degree in Legal Design in Europe, and perhaps in the world.
The changes that have occurred in recent years, both in human and technological terms, make it necessary to adapt the legal world.
In addition to training in technological tools, it is vitally important that legal professionals integrate a methodology that allows them to integrate innovation into their daily lives in order to keep pace with the society in which they move, to allow the law to be understood by all, to make it accessible to the most vulnerable, but also to reinvent their business models, to adapt their processes, etc.
Legal design is emerging as a new discipline with great potential, but one that is still very little taught in depth. It is the application of the methodology of design thinking to the legal sector.
If legal design is now an integral part of most legal tech degrees around the world, it does not yet benefit from an exclusive degree.
This is why it will be delivered 100% online: The DU will be digital and the teaching will be online to promote flexibility in the transmission of knowledge and to increase the number of students.
