The advantages of the training program
- Visit by a delegation from the Faculty of Economics to high schools in Beijing and Boading (October 2019)
As part of the university diplomas in "Preparation for university studies for non-French-speaking students," program directors Edmond Baranes and Mathias Reymond traveled to Beijing and Boading, China, in October 2019 to establish partnerships with several high schools.
The purpose of these meetings was to present the courses offered by the Faculty of Economics in Montpellier, but also to present the university diplomas that enable foreign students (particularly Chinese students) to learn French.
Interviews with school principals, teachers, and students were fruitful, as many high school students expressed their ambition to come and continue their studies in Montpellier.
In the coming months, DU officials are expected to visit other high schools and other Chinese cities (Shanghai, Chengdu, etc.).
Below are some photos that show the visits to Chinese schools.
