Presentation

Faced with the exponential increase in hearing disorders (linked to the aging population and the “100% Santé” program), hearing aid centers are grappling with a shortage of clinical time. Hearing aid networks (both independent and large chains) are expressing a critical need for qualified professionals to form an effective partnership with certified hearing aid specialists.

The training program directly addresses this need by preparing assistants to handle administrative tasks (electronic submission, third-party billing, standardized quotes), perform first-level technical maintenance, configure connectivity (smartphones, TV accessories), and carry out specific procedures (PICB fingerprinting, administering questionnaires).
