Overview
In a globalized world fraught with uncertainty, the ability to manage a crisis has become essential.
Developing the right reflexes and knowing how to manage the human factor, communication, and resource planning before, during, and afteracrisis—these are skills that cannot be improvised.
That is whythe School of Safety, Environment, and Quality (ESEQ)and theFaculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Montpellierhave developed theUniversity Diploma in Crisis Management.
To promote the development of practical skills, the University Diploma in Crisis Management was designed using a model that combines knowledge and expertise, drawing on recognized experts in the field.
Managing a crisis means knowing how to respond throughout the entire process: before, during, and after the event. It means being able to manage the human factor, communication, and resource planning.

Enable participants to implement a specific organizational structure capable of:
