• Initial training:
- residents enrolled in the DES or DESC programs
- students with FFI status

• Continuing education:
- Physicians with a Doctor of Medicine degree who are licensed to practice
- Holders of a Doctor of Medicine degree obtained abroad, allowing them to practice in their home country or the country where the degree was obtained
- Assistant clinical directors
- University hospital assistants
