70% of the courses are taught by legal professionals (lawyers or legal experts).
Organization
Knowledge Assessment
- Oral exam with a single session.
- Preparation of a case study over the course of 1 hour, followed by a 20-minute presentation before a panel consisting of a practitioner and an academic.
To earn the degree, students must achieve an overall average of 12/20 or higher in their coursework.

Admission
Admission Requirements
- Students enrolled in or holding a second-year Master’s degree in Business Law/DJCE
- Students enrolled in or holding a Master's degree in International Commercial Law (2nd year)

Strong background in intellectual and industrial property law.
