Knowledge assessment
- Oral exam with a single session.
- Preparation of a practical case study over 1 hour and presentation before a panel consisting of a practitioner and an academic for 20 minutes.
To obtain the diploma, students must achieve an overall average of 12/20 or higher in their course subjects.

- Students enrolled in or holding a Master's degree in Business Law/DJCE (Corporate Law)
- Students enrolled in or holding a Master's degree in International Trade Law, 2nd year
