The University Diploma in “Law and Practice of Occupational Health” is a 200-hour program designed for professionals seeking to develop multidisciplinary expertise.
It is aimed at a diverse audience (legal professionals, HR specialists, managers, occupational health and safety specialists, and social partners) to foster a shared culture of prevention and quality of life at work. The program comprises seven modules combining law, management, occupational health, prevention, and social dialogue.
It includes practical workshops, a professional thesis, and a final defense.
This University Diploma trains professionals capable of working across disciplines in various professional settings. It addresses a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape following the law of August 2, 2021.
Companies are facing increased risks (psychosocial risks, musculoskeletal disorders, remote work) and a rise in litigation.
There is a shortage of hybrid professionals with expertise in law, health, and prevention. Institutions and social stakeholders support the development of such training programs.
This university diploma program thus addresses a strategic need by training professionals who are ready for the workplace and attuned to the realities on the ground.
