Overview
TRAINING ELIGIBLE FOR CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD)
Objectives
To train practitioners on the latest digital advancements related to removable partial and complete dentures. To enable them to apply these concepts in their daily practice. To enablepractitioners to improve patient care by mastering the process and reducing the number of appointments. To improve practitioners’ confidence in performing procedures involving removable dentures.
Expertise and Skills
Skills acquired upon completion of the training:
• Knowledge of digital equipment for removable dentures
• Knowledge of the basic principles for implementing digital technology in the dental practice for removable dentures
• Proficiency in optical impressions for partial and complete removable dentures after initial training
• Establishing indications for the use of 3D printing or milling based on the materials and the requested medical device
• Knowledge, following initial training, of software and manufacturing processes for “simple” medical devices, such as PEIs, occlusal ridges, and occlusion models

Training dates: Wednesday, March 10, Thursday, March 11, and Friday, March 12, 2027
