The University Diploma in Clinical Dentistry and Stomatology (DUCLOS) consists of three theoretical university certificates and one clinical university certificate.
The clinical certificate (CU-CLIN) consists of 10 half-days of clinical work at the Montpellier University Hospital dental care center and a one-day seminar.
To register for CU-CLIN, you must have validated all three thematic certificates.
It is possible to enroll in thematic university certificates without enrolling in the DUCLOS program. Once you have validated your first university certificate , you have five years to complete the DUCLOS program.
Application:
The file must include:
- a cover letter
- a resume
- a copy of the Doctor of Dental Surgery degree
- a copy of your identity card or passport and/or visa

UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE IN CLINICAL LASER (CU-CLIN)
The clinical certificate (CU-CLIN) consists of 10 half-days of clinical work at the Montpellier University Hospital dental care center and a one-day seminar.
To enroll in CU-CLIN, you must have completed the three thematic certificates of DUCLOS.
UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE IN LASER PERIODONTOLOGY (CU-PARO)
The University Certificate in Laser Periodontology is a specialized training program for dental surgeons and physicians who wish to master the use of lasers, particularly Er:YAG and diode lasers, in the field of periodontology.
This certificate is part of the DUCLOS clinical laser diploma in dentistry and stomatology at the University of Montpellier, which offers several thematic certificates, including one in periodontology.
It is possible to enroll in the thematic university certificate without enrolling in the DUCLOS. Once you have obtained the three theoretical certificates, you have five years to complete the DUCLOS by completing the Clinical Laser University Certificate.
UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE IN LASER ENDODONTICS AND RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY (CU-ENRE)
The University Certificate in Endodontics and Restorative Dentistry (CU-ENRE) is a specialized training program for dental surgeons and doctors who wish to master the use of lasers, particularly Er:YAG and diode lasers, in the fields of endodontics and restorative dentistry.
This certificate is part of the University Diploma in Clinical Laser Dentistry and Stomatology (DUCLOS) at the University of Montpellier, which offers several specialized certificates, including one inEndodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
It is possible to enroll in the thematic university certificate without enrolling in the DUCLOS. Once you have obtained the three theoretical certificates, you have five years to complete the DUCLOS by completing the Clinical Laser University Certificate.
UNIVERSITY CERTIFICATE IN LASER ORAL SURGERY AND IMPLANTOLOGY (CU-CIMP)
The University Certificate in Oral Surgery and Implantology is a specialized training program for dental surgeons, oral surgeons, and physicians who wish to master the use of lasers, particularly Er:YAG and diode lasers, in the field of oral surgery and implantology.
This certificate is part of the DUCLOS clinical laser dentistry and stomatology university diploma from the University of Montpellier, which offers several specialized certificates, including one in Oral Surgery and Implantology.
It is possible to enroll in the thematic university certificate without enrolling in the DUCLOS. Once you have obtained the three theoretical certificates, you have five years to complete the DUCLOS by completing the Clinical Laser University Certificate.

Admission requirements
- Hold a state or university degree in dental surgery or medicine.
- Hold the Laser-Assisted Dental Surgery Training Certification, or have validated the 3 certificates.
- Have validated the Clinical Laser University Certificate (CU-CLIN)
- Have a sufficient level of English to be able to follow classes
