In a globalized world fraught with uncertainty, the ability to manage a crisis has become essential.
Adopting the right reflexes, knowing how to control the human factor, communication, and resource planning before, during, and afteracrisis cannot be improvised.
That is whythe School of Safety, Environment, and Quality (ESEQ)and theFaculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Montpellierhave designed theUniversity Diploma in Crisis Management.
To promote the acquisition of operational skills, the University Diploma in Crisis Management has been designed on a model that combines knowledge and expertise thanks to recognized experts in the field.
Managing a crisis means knowing how to act throughout the entire process: before, during, and after the event. It means being able to control the human factor, communication, and resource planning.
The advantages of the training program

Objectives
Enable participants to deploy a specific organization capable of:
> Preparing for the crisis
Anticipate the occurrence of a crisis (internal causes, external causes, environmental causes, contextual causes, etc.)- Position yourself within the network of crisis management actors
(government services, emergency services, local authorities, etc.) - Set up a crisis unit and conduct drills
> Acting in a crisis situation
- Deploy a crisis unit
Integrating the Human Factor into crisis management
