Graduates with a degree in notarial law will have skills enabling them to:
- Draw up routine legal documents
- Practice business law
- Practice real estate law
- Master the techniques of family property law
- Master the ethical rules specific to this profession.
- Be able to draw up legal documents in the fields of real estate law, family law, and business law.
- Master the basics of notarial accounting, the content of the notarial collective agreement, know how to manage a team, and master the various structures of professional practice.

Admission

Admission requirements

Hold either:
- A Master's degree in Notarial Law (automatic entry into DESN).
- A non-accredited Master's degree in Notarial Law or any other Master's degree in Law or deemed equivalent and be pre-selected by the national selection committee in accordance with Articles 15 and 16 of the decree of July 5, 2023 relating to the Higher Education Diploma in Notarial Studies.
