Link to DU CLOS – Laser Clinic for Dentistry and Stomatology
This certificate is part of the CLOS University Diploma program, which consists of four certificates. For the 2026–2027 academic year, only the first three certificates are being offered. Successful completion of these three certificates grants access to the fourth certificate, which focuses on the clinical use of lasers and will be offered beginning in the 2027–2028 academic year.
To earn the DU CLOS in its entirety, all four certificates must be validated.
The University Certificatein Oral Surgery and Implantology is a specialized training program designed for dental surgeons, oral surgeons, and physicians who wish to master the use of lasers—particularly Er:YAG and diode lasers—in the fields of oral surgery and implantology.
Objectives
To provide the scientific and technical knowledge required for the use of lasers in oral surgery and implantology.
Be familiar with the scientific literature supporting the use of these techniques in oral surgery and implantology based on scientific evidence.
Know how to use lasers under optimal conditions of safety and efficiency.

Mandatory Prerequisites
- Hold a state-issued or university degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Medicine
- Have a sufficient level of English to be able to follow classes
