The DU MANAGEMENT DES OFFICINES ET INDUSTRIES PHARMACEUTIQUES (MOIP) gives pride of place to specialist academics (MOMA) as well as experts from the pharmaceutical field (including SANOFI and INTERFIMO, with whom we have signed a partnership agreement).
Objectives
Training objective:
The current political and economic contexts are driving pharmacists to reinforce their management training. Indeed, the increasing complexity of procedures and the environment requires them to develop their management skills.
The aim of the program is to provide management training for current and future professionals in the pharmaceutical sector. The aim is to develop skills in strategy, organization management, human resources and marketing, particularly in the dispensary and pharmaceutical industry sectors. Courses will be delivered via e-learning.

Skills acquired at the end of the course:
Skills include strategic analysis of the organization's environment, developing a business model and business plan, creating and adjusting dashboards, recruiting, managing and leading a team, managing a brand and its reputation, steering and developing the organization.
