Objectives

Training objective:      

The current political and economic climate is leading pharmacists to enhance their management training. Indeed, the increasing complexity of procedures and the environment requires them to become more professional in their management skills.

The aim of the program is to train current and future professionals in the pharmacy sector in management skills. It will focus on developing skills in the areas of strategy, organizational management, human resources, and marketing, particularly in the retail pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry sectors.
