The DU MANAGEMENT DES OFFICINES ET INDUSTRIES PHARMACEUTIQUES (MOIP) gives pride of place to specialist academics (MOMA) as well as experts from the pharmaceutical field (including SANOFI and INTERFIMO, with whom we have signed a partnership agreement).
Objectives
Training Objective:
The current political and economic contexts lead pharmacists to reinforce their management training. Indeed, the increasing complexity of procedures and the environment requires them to become more professional in management.
The objective of the training is to train professionals and future professionals in the pharmacy sector in management. The aim is to develop skills in the areas of strategy, organization management, human resources and marketing, particularly in the pharmacy and pharmaceutical industry sectors. The courses will be given in e-learning.
Know-how and skills
Competences acquired at the end of the training:
Skills include strategic analysis of the organization's environment, developing a business model and business plan, creating and adjusting dashboards, recruiting, managing and leading a team, managing a brand and its reputation, and managing and developing the organization.
