Objectives
Strengthen the educational skills and ethical thinking of healthcare professionals so that they know how to share responsibility for their patients' healthcare with them.
Originality of the training:
• Educational approach based on the skills of members of organizations or institutions specializing in education and health who are part of the steering committee (University, CHRU (UTEP), AFDET) and on the experience of hospital teams and patient associations already involved.
• Development of a common culture around patient support (place of life - place of care).
• Multi-professional approach at both the public and stakeholder levels.
• Emphasis on expressing patients' experiences.

Oral defense of thesis
Requirements for degree validation:
Attendance at all training sessions and internship
Writing of a thesis entitled "travel journal"

Target audience
Continuing education not open to initial training. Healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the public or private sectors who wish to strengthen the educational dimension of their practices, both in hospitals and in the community. Patient representatives from associations.
Mandatory prerequisites
Authorization from the manager
CV + cover letter to be sent between January 1 and May 15 to Dr. Sylvie Fabre
Application selection criteria:
- Have initial training in PTE (patient therapeutic education)
- Be involved in a health education or therapeutic patient education project (current or in the near future)
- Representativeness of different professions, working environment, and geographic origin.
