The digital transformation of pharmacy is underway in both the retail pharmacy and the pharmaceutical industry. This digital shift is having a direct impact on professions and is profoundly changing the patient care process.
This University Diploma responds to a strong demand from professionals in the sector (continuing education) and from future graduates (initial education) who are waiting for rigorous technical and regulatory education, as well as an acculturation to the challenges of digital health. The DU gives pride of place to experts in the field and to industrial pioneers in the field, as well as to academics and institutions.
Objectives
COURSE 1:
- Adapting the professional practices of pharmacists to the arrival of digital technology
- Acculturate the pharmacy teams to the challenges of connected health
- Integrate innovative services as a development opportunity for patients and the care pathway
COURSE 2:
- Make manufacturers aware of the challenges of digitalization of their business
- Familiarize learners with digital tools (digital marketing techniques, digital innovations...)
- Acculturate learners on the applicable regulatory framework
Program
- 2 weeks of classes (60 hours) + site visits and tutored project with submission of a thesis
- Face-to-face and/or video distance learning courses
- Final exam at the faculty
Classes start in January.
The courses are filmed and accessible online. Physical presence is not required. Site visits are made when students come to take the exam (1 day attendance required).

Initial training: Pharmacy students from the 5th year
Continuing education: Pharmacists, other professionals of the pharmacy (level bac+4) on analysis of the file
TRACK 2: PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY
Initial training: Pharmacy students from the 5th year onwards, other students with 4 years of higher education on the basis of an analysis of their file
Continuing education: Employees of the pharmaceutical industry with a baccalaureate degree on analysis of the file
