Conditions of access
Access requirements according to levels:
Applications are examined on the basis of a file by a pedagogical selection committee, composed of at least two teachers of the diploma and two professionals from the rural sector, which meets in October of each academic year.
Target audience
Recruitment basin:
This degree is intended for three types of audiences:
- Students of the University of Montpellier 1 with a bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma, in particular those from the Faculties of Law, Economics and Administration and Management, as well as from WOAgri, but also student lawyers registered with the CRFPA, as well as students from the École du notariat, seeking to acquire, in addition to the studies followed for their main diploma, additional specific legal knowledge, intended to facilitate their future integration into the local or national job market in the rural environment
- Professionals from the rural sector, notably from agricultural companies, the agricultural social security funds, Crédit Agricole, Groupama Sud, and the Regional Chamber of Agriculture, who come to Montpellier 1 University to obtain a diploma providing them with good basic knowledge of the legal and administrative organization of the rural sector and agricultural companies, enabling them to optimize their career development or their employment in the sector in question.
- Lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, and professionals in the judicial sector.
