Admission requirements
Access conditions according to levels:
Applications are reviewed by an educational selection committee, composed of at least two teachers from the degree program and two professionals from the rural sector, which meets in October of each academic year.

Recruitment pool:
This degree is intended for three types of students:
- Students at Montpellier University who hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, particularly those from the Faculties of Law, Economics, and Administration and Management, as well as MOMA, but also trainee lawyers registered with the CRFPA, as well as students at the School of Notarial Studies, seeking to acquire, in addition to the studies undertaken for their main degree, additional specific legal knowledge to facilitate their future integration into the local or national job market in rural areas.
- Professionals in the rural sector, particularly from agricultural businesses, agricultural social mutual funds, Crédit Agricole, Groupama Sud, and the Regional Chamber of Agriculture, come to Montpellier University to obtain a degree that provides them with a solid foundation in the legal and administrative organization of the rural sector and agricultural businesses, ultimately enabling them to optimize their career development or employment in the sector.
