Access requirements according to levels:
Applications are examined on the basis of a file by a pedagogical selection committee, composed of at least two teachers of the diploma and two professionals from the rural sector, which meets in October of each academic year.
Target audience
Recruitment basin:
This degree is intended for three types of audiences:
- Montpellier University students holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent, in particular those from the Faculties of Law, Economics, Administration and Management, as well as from WOAgri, but also student lawyers registered with the CRFPA, and students from the École du notariat, seeking to acquire, in addition to their main degree, additional specific legal knowledge, intended to facilitate their future integration into the local or national job market in rural areas.
- Professionals working in the rural sector, notably from agricultural businesses, agricultural social security funds, Crédit Agricole, Groupama Sud and the Chambre Régionale de l'Agriculture, who come to Montpellier University in search of a diploma providing them with a sound basic knowledge of the legal and administrative organization of the rural sector and agricultural businesses, enabling them to optimize their career development or employment in the sector in question.
- Lawyers, notaries, bailiffs, and professionals in the judicial sector.
