The program offers instruction focused on international trade practices: commercial, corporate, litigation, and customs practices.
Objectives
To train professionals capable of understanding, securing, and managing complex international trade operations, with a thorough grasp of the contractual, corporate, litigation, and customs aspects of economic exchanges;
Develop an operational and cross-functional approach to international trade practices
Enable participants to analyze, structure, and ensure the security of domestic and international commercial transactions, including in specific sectors (commercial leases, public-private partnerships, the art market);
Strengthen expertise in governance, compliance, and fundraising mechanisms in an international context
Prepare students for the strategic management of commercial disputes, incorporating a comparative Anglo-French perspective;
Provide practical customs expertise essential for securing international flows of goods.

Prerequisites: Must have completed the first year of a Master’s degree in Law and International Trade Practices or International Trade Law
