Objectives

  • Know and respect fundamental rights in the workplace (freedom of association, freedom of religion, freedom to exercise a professional activity, privacy, health and safety at work, whistleblower status, etc.).
  • Understanding the place and regime of fundamental rights in business law (business contracts, competition, taxation, banking, finance, insurance, groups, intellectual property, collective proceedings, customs law, etc.).
  • Know the fundamental rights of lawyers and the principles of fair trial.
  • Provide certified training leading to qualifications, particularly for lawyers and attorneys.
