Presentation
The economic context and legal evolutions reinforce the complexity of the articulation of social law and the law of companies in difficulty. It has become necessary to offer special training in employment law applied to companies in difficulty. This course is intended for the various actors of companies in difficulty (judicial representatives and administrators, lawyers, judges, company lawyers) as well as for master's students wishing to acquire in-depth knowledge in this field.

Objectives
To train lawyers specialized in labor law for companies in difficulty
To understand the stakes of the articulation between labor law and the law of companies in difficulty
To face the difficulties arising from the increasing confrontation of these two disciplines
To understand the labor law applicable to companies in difficulty
To know how to manage labor relations in companies in difficulty
Know-how and skills
Mastery of the role and status of staff representatives and employee representatives in the prevention and treatment of company difficulties
Mastery of the system of wage claims in a company in difficulty (role of the AGS in particular)
Mastery of the hiring and modification of employment contracts in a company in difficulty
Mastery of the procedure and conditions of dismissal in a company in difficulty
Mastery of the system of transfer of the company in difficulty
