Presentation
The economic context and legal developments are increasing the complexity of the relationship between employment law and insolvency law. It has become necessary to offer special training in employment law as it applies to companies in difficulty. This course is aimed at the various players involved in companies in difficulty (receivers and administrators, lawyers, judges, in-house counsel), as well as Masters students wishing to acquire in-depth knowledge in this field.

Objectives
Train lawyers specializing in labor law for companies in difficulty
Understand the issues involved in linking labor law and the law governing companies in difficulty
Deal with the difficulties arising from the growing confrontation between these two disciplines
Understand the labor law applicable to companies in difficulty
Know how to manage labor relations in companies in difficulty
Know-how and skills
Understanding the role and status of staff representatives and employee representatives in the prevention and handling of company difficulties
Understanding the system of wage claims in a company in difficulty (in particular the role of the AGS)
Understanding the hiring and modification of employment contracts in a company in difficulty
Understanding the procedure and conditions for dismissals in a company in difficulty
Understanding the system for the transfer of a company in difficulty
