Overview

A training program designed to enable participants to acquire and deepen their theoretical and practical knowledge in the legal field, in order to enter (or advance in) the profession of real estate appraiser.
Objectives
A graduate-level program with a professional focus, taught by university law professors and/or practicing lawyers, designed for an audience consisting exclusively of real estate appraisal professionals, with an annual capacity of approximately 30 students.
Expertise and Skills
Theoretical and practical knowledge of specific areas of French and European law, both private and public.
Knowledge of rural institutions and agricultural activities.
Knowledge of the profession of land surveyor (professional organizations, ethics, and practice).

Admission
Admission Requirements
Applications are accepted, following consultation with the Confederation of Real Estate Experts, from May 1 through May 31, and are submitted by the applicant by sending the pre-registration package available on the University’s website

Vocational training: 2,800 €
Target Audience
This degree is intended exclusively for professionals who are pursuing training leading to the title of Real Estate Appraiser.
