Presentation

There is a demand from the socio-economic world for training leading to a diploma in public purchasing in the health sector (hospitals, grouping of orders, etc.)
Within the framework of the partnership agreement linking it to the University, GIP RESAH wished to propose the creation of a DE (Diploma of Higher Education) in Public Purchasing in the health sector, accessible in continuing education. The Faculty of Law and Political Science, with its recognized expertise in public procurement law, has responded very favorably.

Master the general framework of public procurement
Know how to choose the type of contract and the most appropriate procedure
Master the legal and financial execution of its contracts
Anticipate and manage litigation risks throughout the procedure
