Common Service for Continuing Education
Presentation
- This title is registered in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles.
- It was created at the request of the U.N.A.S.S.I. (Union Nationale des Associations & Services de Soins Infirmiers) and is a diploma awarded by the University of Montpellier, in partnership with the C.E.S.E.G.H., which is the result of training provided jointly by academics and health professionals.
- ORIGINALITY OF THE DIPLOMA: Diploma developed from the needs of the position of S.S.I.A.D. manager.
Objectives
To acquire, strengthen and perfect the knowledge and skills necessary and indispensable for the management of a Home Nursing Service (HNSS) concerning the socio-economic environment, the population served, the medico-social legislative framework, the management of human resources, financial and budgetary management.

Control of knowledge
- 1 - Dissertation: oral presentation - Length of test: 1 hour - Final test: coefficient 1 - one mark out of 20 pts
- 2 - Subjects (case study): Test duration: 4 hours - Final test: coefficient 1 - one mark out of 20 pts

The two tests can be offset.

Conditions of access
Selection on the basis of the application file. If necessary, a motivation interview may take place before a jury composed of the course leaders and professionals.

Necessary pre-requisites
- Professionals in post with supervisory responsibilities within an SSIAD
- Head of S.S.I.A.D., Nurse Coordinator, Nurse, Administrative Manager and Administrative Officer with at least 3 years of professional experience.
