Presentation
The training offered aims to provide an understanding of the maritime, coastal, and port environment from a legal perspective.
It is delivered remotely via online content (typed, audio, or filmed lessons) to enable students and professionals to balance their schedules with the coursework for this degree.
Objectives
The degree aims to supplement generalist training with in-depth legal knowledge of the maritime and coastal sector, its operation, and use.
Know-how and skills
The training course provides an understanding of the legal instruments relating to the occupation and exploitation of public land; knowledge of the urban planning rules specific to coastal construction; study of the regimes applicable to the exploitation of various resources; and knowledge of and prevention of risks associated with the sea.
