Objectives
- Developing and Implementing a QSE Management System
- Implement a certification process in accordance with the most widely used standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Lead "project" initiatives in accordance with company policy
- Engage the company in comprehensive approaches that address current concerns and challenges related to sustainable development

Quality Management (70 hours):
- Understanding the Requirements, Structure, and Challenges of ISO 9001:2015
- Mastering methods for analyzing and managing management systems
- Preparing for and Conducting an Audit
- Developing a Process-Based Approach
Occupational Health and Safety Management (70 hours):
- Understanding the Requirements, Structure, and Key Issues of ISO 45001:2018
- Conduct an occupational risk assessment at the workplace and prepare a Single Document
- Understand the various regulatory frameworks related to occupational safety and health issues within the company
- Understand the specific characteristics of occupational health and safety management systems in order to implement risk prevention measures
Environmental Management (70 hours):
- Understanding the Requirements, Structure, and Challenges of ISO 14001:2015
- Identify the legal framework applicable to ICPEs and the various risk management documents associated with them
- Organize and oversee the implementation of a corporate waste management program
- Understanding the Challenges of Sustainable Development and the Leverage Points for Implementation
