- Mastery of the common and differentiated requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001 standards
Audit methods and techniques (14 hours)
- Auditor/auditee approach

Mandatory prerequisites
Technicians and managers, employees or job seekers, holders of a Level III diploma, wishing to take on new roles related to improvement and quality management.
