Presentation
The purpose of this course in criminal science is to provide scientific information on crime and the various disciplines that seek to understand and combat it to all those who, whether out of personal interest or as part of their profession, are concerned with the phenomenon of crime.
It is also intended to become a meeting place for people who are in contact with crime.

The courses are intended both for students who wish to pursue careers in “criminology” and for anyone who, in various capacities, plays an active role in the fight against crime.
Skills that enable a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon of crime:
General criminal law, special criminal law, forensic psychiatry, forensic science, correctional law, criminology, juvenile criminal law.

Validation of prior learning
Students enrolled in the university diploma program who have already completed courses equivalent in scope to those offered in a university setting may use their previously obtained grades, provided they submit the corresponding transcript before the exam session. Only grades equal to or above the average will be accepted.

Admission requirements
This program is open to all applicants with a high school diploma as the only prerequisite.
These courses are aimed both at students who wish to pursue careers in criminology and at anyone who plays an active role in the fight against crime.

Target audience
Higher education students: automatic enrollment:
- Law students preparing for a Bachelor's degree (L1, L2, L3) or a Master's degree (M1) in Law and aiming for careers in the judiciary, bar, police (commissioner, lieutenant), prison administration, probation service, youth protection services, etc.
- Law students preparing for their second year of law studies and pursuing a career in social work
- Pharmacy or Medicine students (Forensic Medicine, Psychiatry, Prison Medicine)
- Students of Psychology, Sociology, Psychoanalysis
- Science Students
- Students in A.E.S.
