A fully online diploma program on Moodle.
The equivalent of 30 hours of self-paced training that you can complete on your own, at your own pace.

Objectives
The goal of this course is to help students improve their proficiency in legal writing in English while expanding their knowledge of the common law.
Each module consists of a methodology, exercises with answers, and explanatory videos.
Written expression in English, as well as listening and reading comprehension, are the skills covered in the D.E.
This diploma will be a real asset for students who wish to demonstrate their proficiency in written legal English, whether they are applying for master’s programs or seeking positions at law firms or companies with an international presence.
This training program is the result of a collaboration between academics specializing in legal English and English-speaking legal professionals.
Expertise and Skills
- Professional communication in a company or law firm (drafting letters, emails, monitoring legal developments, preparing legal arguments, writing meeting minutes, etc.)
- Drafting legal documents (various types of contracts, confidentiality agreements, etc.).
Program
Entirely on Moodle: 60 hours
2 modules consisting of videos, lessons, and exercises with answers, representing approximately 30 hours of self-paced training.
In each module, one assignment will be graded by the instructor and receive individual feedback.
Each module is then assessed on a date that is the same for all enrolled students.
Achieving a passing grade in each module leads to the award of the D.E.
Each year, there will be two exam dates (one in January for students who register before early December) and one in April/May for students who register after December 1).
You will be notified of the final exam dates when you register.
Admission
Target Audience
Future lawyers, business lawyers, international lawyers, and future legal translators.
Mandatory Prerequisites
Open to everyone who has completed their second year of law school, with no selection process.
A minimum B1 level in English is required to get the most out of this diploma.
