FASHION AND LUXURY INDUSTRY LAW
Responsible persons: Lolita Huprelle, Olivier Sautel and Eloïse Patocki-Tomas
Fashion and luxury goods law is an emerging field of law.
Traditional legal tools, procedures, and social forms are gradually adapting to establish a new, autonomous body of law.
Fashion and luxury goods law therefore not only involves common law rules applied to the field, but also calls for
the application of specific and original rules.
Based on this observation, the establishment of an institutional degree is essential to provide training for professionals.
Objectives
This course is open to students and professionals.
The university diploma in "Fashion and Luxury Industry Law" is the only course of its kind in France.
