The Executive MBA in Circular Economy and Ecological and Energy Transition is designed for executives, managers, and entrepreneurs from all sectors, with a focus on the circular economy and ecological transition. This program is aimed at experienced professionals, with a flexible schedule for those who wish to continue working.
Objectives
This training aims to enable working professionals to:
- Understanding the specific characteristics of ecological transition and circular economy projects.
- Mastering the management of cross-functional and transition projects.
- Acquire change management skills.
- Understanding the technical challenges of the energy transition and the materials cycle.
Program
The training program will offer a work schedule tailored to professionals who are continuing to work: three days per month (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) over 18 months, for a total of 320 hours.
The 320 hours of training in this Executive MBA will be divided into 11 teaching units or skill blocks of 20 to 30 hours.
- Introduction to Ecology and the Circular Economy
- The challenges of the energy transition
- The challenges of preserving natural ecosystems and biodiversity
- Circular value creation and business model
- Transition tools: environmental and social LCA, carbon footprint assessment, etc.
- Sustainability marketing
- Tech Tour on the material cycle and waste recovery
- Finance, management control, and technical economics of the circular economy
- Circular transition project design (entrepreneurial or intrapreneurial)
- Purpose and Meaning Creation in Organizations, Transformation Management
- Environmental law and environmental health issues
