Presentation
This training is intended for part-time or contract teachers who wish to prepare for the internal competitive examination for access to the grade of certified teacher or its salary scale for the teaching of literature (modern or classical).
Organized within the framework of an agreement with the Délégation Académique de la Formation du Personnel de l'Education Nationale (DAFPEN) of the Académie de Montpellier and the Faculty of Education, it welcomes free of charge and as a priority teachers registered by the DAFPEN.
But the training is also open to students who do not have access to the Academic Training Plan of the Montpellier Academy and wish to take one of these competitions.
The training is organized around the knowledge and skills required to pass the eligibility and admission tests. At the end of the DE, a certificate of completion is issued to students who have completed at least 75% of the training.
Objectives
Prepare for the tests of internal competitions allowing access to the grade of certified or its pay scale.
Know-how and skills
- Know how to use the specific knowledge and skills (scientific and didactic) acquired to teach history and geography in secondary education: issues, disciplinary concepts, approaches... ;
- Master the Common Core of Knowledge, Skills and Culture and the different methods of evaluation by skills;
- Develop the file for the eligibility test within the programmatic framework;
- Acquire relevant reflection on the career path;
- Prepare for the admission test by mastering all the scientific, didactic, and pedagogical expectations, in line with the reference framework of competencies for teaching jobs.

Admission
Target audience
This training is intended for part-time or contract teachers who wish to prepare for the internal competitive examination for access to the grade of certified teacher or its salary scale for the teaching of literature (modern or classical).
Tuition fees
Organized within the framework of an agreement with the Délégation Académique de la Formation du Personnel de l'Education Nationale (DAFPEN) of the Académie de Montpellier and the Faculty of Education, it welcomes free of charge and as a priority teachers registered by the DAFPEN.
The training is also open to students who do not have access to the Academic Training Plan of the Montpellier academy and wish to take one of these competitions. Tuition fees of 100€ for initial training (rate subject to change).

Professional integration
Teaching Humanities in EPLE (public or private) as a full time teacher if successful or as a contract teacher if unsuccessful.
