Target audience
• Initial training:
- those enrolled in DES (specialized studies diploma) in all specialties,
- those enrolled in the third year of DES and beyond
• Continuing education:
-midwives
-paramedical staff with two years of higher education or more (nurses, physical therapists, speech therapists)
-healthcare personnel (table 4 of public health healthcare professions) with two years of higher education
-engineers with five years of higher education in science or social sciences
-holders of other five-year higher education degrees
