-Doctors of Medicine D.E. holding a DES in Cardiology and Vascular Diseases, holders of a DES in Cardiovascular Medicine, holders of a DES in Cardiovascular Pathology, holders of a DESC or DES in Emergency Medicine, holders of a DESC in Medical Intensive Care, holders of a DES in Anesthesia-Resuscitation, holders of a DES in Intensive Care
-Doctors of Medicine D.E. holders of the Capacity de Médecine d'Urgence (CAMU)
-by dispensation granted on an individual basis, a doctor specializing in another specialty may be authorized to prepare for the D.I.U., given his or her particular interest in this complementary training, after validation by the Pedagogical Committee.
- foreign doctors (outside the E.U.)foreign doctors (from outside the E.U.) holding a Doctor of Medicine diploma entitling them to practice in their country of origin, and a diploma of specialized studies in Cardiology or Emergency Medicine entitling them to practice this specialty in their country of origin.
