The DU de Management des Laboratoires de Biologie Médicale provides managers responsible for managing medical analysis laboratories with training and tools tailored to their role and field of activity.
Objectives
The objectives of the DU de Management des Laboratoires de Biologie Médicale are to :
- Train managers of medical analysis laboratories to adapt to economic, legal, social and organizational constraints.
- Reflect together on the management of medical biology laboratories by encouraging exchanges between participants, launching a collective reflection on practices and identifying strategic organizational, technical and financial issues.
