Presentation
This University Diploma, supervised by recognized recruitment professionals (scouts, recruitment managers, sports directors), has been designed to meet the growing demands of professional and semi-professional soccer clubs, as well as player agencies.
Delivered in a hybrid format over 200 hours, the course includes three face-to-face seminars and is aimed at those wishing to become soccer scouts. It prepares participants to join recruitment units within a variety of structures: first teams, post-training or academies of Ligue 1 (L1), Ligue 2 (L2), National 1 or National 2 clubs.
With direct links to current members of the staff of professional clubs, this course offers hands-on immersion thanks to a compulsory internship in a recruitment unit, guaranteeing a training program in tune with the realities of the field.
