Presentation
Faced with current environmental events, and in order to preserve tomorrow's world, it is necessary to train and raise awareness among those involved in the audiovisual sector.
Offered bythe Montpellier-Sète UniversityInstitute of Technology, this university diploma "Eco-technician in the cultural and creative industries of cinema and audiovisual media" was designed in close collaboration withthe École Travelling, the Ecocirculab Chair, and Sète Agglopole with the aim of limiting the impact of audiovisual productions and supporting them in their ecological transition.

Objectives
This University Diploma combines theoretical and practical teaching to enable Continuing Education trainees to acquire the following key skills:
- Measuring the carbon footprint of production
- Identify management's level of maturity in terms of decarbonization and the circular economy
- Identify impacts as soon as scenarios are read and make recommendations
- Implementing a comprehensive eco-management strategy
- Presenting the challenges and raising team awareness

Program
This University Diploma includes 112 hours of classroom training.
For the current year, 1 training session is planned:
